If you wish to contract for primary receipt point capacity through the Front Range Pipeline under your existing TF transportation agreement (for all or a portion of your current capacity), you need to submit a written request as currently provided in Public Service Companies existing tariff. The request should identify the following information:
The request must be submitted by no later than noon, five business days prior to the beginning of a month in which service will become effective. Once the request has been received, it will be evaluated and approved or disapproved prior to the beginning of the term effective date.
To utilize the Front Range Pipeline on an interruptible basis or as a secondary receipt point under the TF Rate Schedule, the Shipper can merely nominate gas, and no formal request is required.
Please note that Shippers requesting firm capacity will be contacted before service commences to confirm their election to transfer primary receipt point capacity to the Front Range Pipeline. If the PUC revises the Surcharges or terms and conditions requested by Public Service Company under the Advice Letter filed August 19, 1998.
