Procedures used by WGI to inform existing affiliated and nonaffiliated shippers and potential shippers of the:

1. Availability and Pricing of Transportation Service
2. Capacity of the Pipeline Available for Transportation

   1. WGI has installed an internet site which provides 24-hour access to current information regarding transportation service on its system including; capacity, pricing data and the information required by 18 C.F.R. Section 250.16 (b)

   2. Each shipper has been provided with a list of the personnel and phone numbers at WGI's gas control center, which is staffed on a 24-hour basis.
